The Philippine Business and News columnist Manuel “Manoling” Morato, died this afternoon, July 30 at the age of 87, due to COVID-19.

Morato a staunch moral advocate writes for THEPHILBIZNEWS since 2018 under his column UNCENSORED and his last piece is about Sharon Cuneta’s “Revirginized”.

He was the former head of the Movie and TV Review and Classifications Board (MTRCB) and board director of the Philippines Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). An outstanding philanthropist, art patron and collector, and social advocate for change.
