Set on May 29, the exclusive dining experience brings together the celebrated craftsmanship of Scotland’s iconic The Dalmore single malt whisky collection and the artistry of authentic Japanese cuisine, masterfully curated by Japanese Executive Chef Keiichiro Fujino.

Held at Yamazato Main Dining, the intimate evening is designed to highlight the harmony between Japanese culinary precision and the rich, layered character of The Dalmore whiskies — creating a sophisticated gastronomic journey for whisky enthusiasts and fine dining connoisseurs alike.

Each of the six meticulously crafted courses will be paired with distinguished expressions from The Dalmore collection, including The Dalmore 12, The Dalmore 15, and The Dalmore King Alexander III.
