Like a faithful dog defending his master ferociously, Special Presidential Assistant Christopher “Bong” Go, visibly annoyed has challenged Communist Party of the Philippines Chairman Joma Sison to undergo medical check up together with President Rodrigo Duterte to find out who between them is healthy.

“Come home, join the President and have a medical check-up together so people can find out who is healthy between the two of you” Go said.

Sison said that the President is sick and in “coma” and no longer capable of leading the country. However, Go belied it and said, “I assure you, the President is in tip-top condition, he is capable  of completing his term”.

Needless to say, Go added, “the President even went to Jolo on Friday to visit wounded soldiers.”

Meanwhile, Magdalo Partylist Rep. Gary Alejano also joins the call of Sison on the full disclosure of the President’s health condition. He said, “The president is old,and he is not healthy. So anong mangyayari sa ating bansa kung may problema ang Pangulo na wala na sa kapasidad na maglead sa ating bansa?”

With this, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque shot back at Alejano by saying that Duterte actually made a public appearance in Cebu for the Conference of the League of Municipalities and in Davao for the 12th Anniversary of the Eastern Mindanao Command earlier this week.

Roque went on, “The President has always been forthright about his condition. What he is experiencing is typical of people of his age.”

For his part, Special Assistant Go told to Alejano, “He can join the Presidential party, he is a lawmaker so he will know. The issue on the President’s health issue is a “recycled claim” and should be ignored. It has been an issue since last year.”

Meanwhile, THEPHILBIZNEWS is trying to get a reaction from CPP Chairman Joma Sison on the challenge of SAP Go. As of this writing, there is no reply from Sison’s camp.
