Chosen Children Village Foundation will be the beneficiary of this celebration

Not many Filipinos are aware of how festive Nordic people are when they celebrate together. Much more when with they are with other people, because they show what Nordic hospitality is, and how the Nordic people celebrate.
On September 24, 2022, the Nordic Chamber of Commerce Philippines will celebrate the much anticipated celebration of their region, which is called SKÅL: The Nordic Viking Party.
After more than two years of hiatus from the traditional crayfish party, The Nordic Viking Party. which will be held at the Harbor Garden Tent, Sofitel Manila will serve a rich and sumptuous buffet of Nordic delicatessen, accompanied by free-flowing drinks. Think rivers and rivers of aquavit, schnapps, and vodka.
Interestingly, the culinary highlight for the night is the irresistible crayfish—a freshwater lobster cooked in spices and herbs served the traditional Nordic way. A little fun fact for you: the Crayfish Party tradition has been celebrated in Nordic countries for centuries. Every August, Danes, Finns, Norwegians, and Swedes gather to enjoy crayfish and other Nordic delicacies and schnapps while singing along to fun songs and just having a good time. Now, we’re bringing all of that to Manila!
But certainly, there will be non-stop entertainment on stage, and people can dance all night to the hits from the 70s, 80s, and our favorite Swedish band, ABBA.
