The Asticom Group of Companies, a shared services provider under the Ayala conglomerate, has reached P2 billion in revenues as of the fourth quarter of 2021, reaching this milestone in only six years of operations.

This achievement underscores the company’s commitment to contribute to the recovery of the Philippine economy by supporting businesses in their growth and creating opportunities for Filipinos.

Asticom has grown extensively since its inception in 2015. Starting with only five employees, it now manages about 4,500 people and serves more than 120 clients from all over the country.

These accomplishments affirm Asticom’s standing as a key player in the local human resources, technology, engineering, and logistics solutions industries. The group has shown its tenacity to innovate and serve its growing clientele unfailingly despite uncertainties amid the pandemic.

“This major milestone marks a momentous event in Asticom’s journey as a growing company. It is the fruit of the hard work and dedication of our people. And despite the challenges of the past year, we stayed true to our purpose of supporting businesses and providing opportunities to Filipinos through a diverse business portfolio,” said Mharicar Castillo-Reyes, Asticom President and CEO.

As a testament to its growth, the company spawned four subsidiaries in just one year while in the middle of a health crisis: Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), Fiber Infrastructure and Network Services Inc. (FINSI), BRAD Warehouse and Logistics Services, and HCX Technology Partners Inc.

ABSI is a business process solutions company created in 2021.  It is engaged in providing technology, software, and system solutions as well as development, integration, project management, and implementation services to various industries within the local and global markets.

Next to be formed was FINSI, which offers end-to-end services and industry-specific solutions to telecommunications, tower, infrastructure, and technology, including construction, building, installation, and maintenance services.  It aspires to be the leading edge local solutions provider for the telecommunications and technology industries

Meanwhile, BRAD provides end-to-end supply chain technology solutions to give customers the best logistics experience at an affordable price.  Its services are tailor-fit for different industries including e-commerce, food and beverage, health and wellness, and telecommunications.

On top of these new ventures, Asticom acquired HCX from Ayala Corporation under ABSI. HCX has been providing human resources, customer relationship management, and digital solutions to its clients since 2016.

With the new subsidiaries manned by a dedicated and passionate workforce, the company sees an even brighter business outlook and greater success in the shared services market. Asticom aims to capture a bigger market within the country and expand to the rest of Southeast Asia in the coming years.

The group is also gearing up to introduce new technologies and innovations to widen its scope of services. Other than catering to large companies, Asticom aims to support the advancement of small and medium-sized enterprises through tech-enabled solutions. It pursues innovations and strives to deliver promising solutions for its clientele and the people it cultivates.
