Honeywell Philippines is asserting its place in the country’s digital transformation as it hosted a technology summit in BGC, Taguig City, recently to showcase its cutting-edge technologies, business solutions software, and latest cybersecurity for various industries.

Honeywell President Jeffrey Estrella, speaking at the Grand Hyatt Hotel last July 18, hurled a challenge to various industries to adopt new trends in technology that are more advanced, efficient, and intelligent as they now become more important in growing business.

It had just launched Honeywell Trace™ which is a powerful documentation and change management software that captures and records data up to 300 times more frequently than other solutions. It provides extensive search and analysis functions, thereby reducing costs, increasing reliability, and boosting performance.

“Honeywell, in all these years of being in the technology business solution provider, has always ensured that more than being the first, it also provides the sophisticated solutions across all industries,” said Estrella.

During the media launch, Honeywell presented such products as industrial cybersecurity solutions which are an essential component of a robust Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) ecosystem.

Members of media had a glimpse of Honeywell’s state-of-the-art IIoT offerings that have the capability to shift local industries to high gear in order to push the digital transformation further to global competitiveness.

“While we are not fully industrialized country, with so many developments being rolled out by the government in collaboration with other foreign partners, our country needs to addressing these challenges with improved processes and technologies, workforce development, increasing the readiness level and accelerating transformation and awareness of the application and how they are utilized for our advantage and for the advantage of the industries who will take a look at these technologies and see how their process is made efficient and highly productive,” Estrella said.
