In a bid to sustain its upward momentum and achieve a revenue target of USD 167 million by the end of 2024, Duty Free Philippines (DFP) is excited to announce the launch of its online shopping platform today, revolutionizing the way customers experience duty-free retail.

DFP Chief Operating Officer, Vicente Pelagio A. Angala, expressed the company’s goals for 2024, stating, “For 2024, we again accept the challenge of increasing ourselves by as much as 64 percent, from USD 102 million to USD 167 million.” The introduction of Duty Free Online Shopping is a strategic move to enhance customer convenience and contribute significantly to reaching this target.

Browse and Pick: Explore a wide array of categories and conveniently add desired items to the shopping cart.

Purchase: Confirm the order summary and proceed to checkout seamlessly.

DFP will accept various forms of payment to enhance customer convenience. International credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, are among the accepted payment methods. Additionally, the company has expanded its payment options to include digital wallets such as PayPal, UnionPay, and WeChat Pay. 

In addition, the dedicated customer service team is available around the clock through various channels to address customer queries and concerns promptly. Customers can engage with the support team through Live Chat, messaging via platforms such as Viber, WhatsApp, and Messenger, as well as through email. DFPC will also offer mobile support for immediate assistance, further ensuring a seamless and efficient customer service experience.

For in-store pickup, customers have the convenience of retrieving their purchased items at designated Duty Free Philippines Shops situated within the Airport Terminals.
