As of 3:30 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2023, Globe successfully restored mobile and data services a few hours after a technical issue affected the network.
We apologize to our Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid, Globe Platinum, Globe Business, TM, LTE@Home and Home Prepaid WiFi customers who may have experienced difficulties in making and receiving calls or texts, and browsing the internet.
Our technical and network teams worked double time to resolve the problem, restoring mobile services at the soonest possible time.
