In a world where ‘leaders’ are everywhere, it can be difficult to find your voice and stand out. In this, we will learn how leaders can develop self-discipline, be more creative, promote themselves effectively, and have the courage to go against norms and push boundaries.

Leaders have the self-discipline to achieve their goals. People who are lazy or procrastinate will never reach those goals because they are not willing to put in the time and effort it takes to get there. They also lack confidence because they doubt themselves; they doubt that they can reach their goals and become successful.

Furthermore, to be a successful leader, you need to be creative. Leaders are always coming up with new ideas and thinking of new ways to do things. They have the courage to go against what is accepted and popular. To put it simply: they dare to be different.

Leadership is not about making yourself seem superior; it is about your ability to get things done, accomplish your goals, and motivate others. For people to notice you as a leader, you must exhibit these qualities and abilities without being obnoxious and self-centered.

Finally, a good leader can be humble and take criticism. Although you have confidence in yourself and your abilities, you should always be willing to listen to others and learn from them. You are not right all the time. Vulnerability is seen as a sign of weakness by society. It is perceived as an insult and weakness when we talk about it publicly. But what is the difference between vulnerability and weakness? Weakness implies that you have low self-esteem when it comes to other people’s opinions; vulnerability implies you have strong self-esteem and that your opinion matters.

It is hard to find the courage to make difficult changes in life or in your career if you fear being seen as vulnerable. You can be vulnerable, but you must still be decisive and strong at the same time. It is important to be confident in your decisions, but it is also essential to show others your weaknesses so they can understand you better.

To feel vulnerable, first, you must make sure that your behavior is acceptable. By this, I mean that you should be comfortable enough with what you are doing and accept yourself if others reject it. For example, it is okay if others do not agree with you or think that what you are saying or doing is the same as what they say or do; it is not a
problem.

Now that you are comfortable with what you are doing, show your vulnerability! Be vulnerable in your interviews. Show your weakness.

Once you have taken the first step, it can be difficult to continue being vulnerable; it can be uncomfortable. But do not worry: if we do not push ourselves in life we will never grow and improve.
