It is interesting to note that the Nordic countries have advanced hospital facilities and services and to top it all, the egalitarian principle that is Nordic is known for provides equal access to healthcare services to everyone. Furthermore, publicly financed comprehensive healthcare systems guarantee access to high-quality healthcare at minimal or no direct cost to patients in the Nordic region.
As the whole world faces the challenge created by the pandemic, it is empirical for every country to build its capacity for a healthier future and the three key elements of healthcare policy are access, treatment, and public health.
