On January 29, 2020, Wednesday, the Manila House Private Club will be filled not just with lovely women, but also by women who are the shakers and movers of their respective industry as the ASIA Women’s Summit 2020 kicks off from 9:00am to 4:30pm.

The Asia Women’s Summit 2020 with a theme of Share, Care & Dare would provide the participants a lot of things to learn from the speakers as they share their struggles, success and sustained growth in their journey through the years.

Presented by Multisys Technologies, this event would certain provide valuable insights and inspirations to everyone regardless of gender.

Speaking to THEPHILBIZNEWS, Rebecca Bustamante, also known as “Self-Made” and the President of ASIA CEO said, “There is a significant change now in the landscape of the corporate world if you will observe.”

“The growing numbers of women holding key positions and how they steer up their organizations would surely bring awareness to the participants about how they can make their life or career successful too. But it was not easy, and that is what they will share during the Asia Women’s Summit 2020, which is the nation’s premier event for professional women,” she added.

“We know the struggles of many women out there and this event is for them. We are blessed that this event that the Multisys Technologies presented will help them overcome the obstacles holding them back in their careers and make better lives for everyone,” the ASIA CEO President explained.

“And hearing from these extraordinary leaders and their organizations on how they made a difference by helping their organizations and then become industry leaders by understanding their role and exploring their power within. This is what a lot of women out there do not see yet, that they have the power to change but they must also take the risk and be willing to be empowered,” Bustamante added.

The ASIA CEO which holds various executive and developmental events in the Philippines and abroad has exciting speakers for Asia Women’s Summit 2020.

This year’s Women’s Summit crème de la crème speakers are Marites Allen, Celebrity Feng Shui Master dubbed as “Philippine Feng Shui Queen” for her great strides in promoting feng shui practice in the country and across the world. Then PhilCarbon President and CEO, Ruth Yu-Owen, Philippines’ most experienced renewable energy leader. She is President of Upgrade Energy Philippines, a joint venture with Upgrade Belgium and develops wind power, hydro power and solar projects. Then the “Mother of Philippine Franchising”, Alegria “BING” Limjoco, CEO of Francorp. From the government, the youngest Assistant Secretary of National Defense at age of 30 and later served as Assistant Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Tonette Velasco who is the Executive Director of Career Executive Service Board. From Ernst & Young Global Services is their Chief Operating Officer Gemma Gaerlan. Also in the roster is the Managing Director of Champ Cargosystems Angeles “UTCHIE” Lourdes who
oversees Philippine operations for world’s permier air cargo IT systems provider, providing integrated services for cargo carriers and their distribution partners worldwide. From the media industry is ABS-CBN News & Current Affairs Anchor/Host Jing Castaneda-Velasco. She is also Program Director of Bantay Bata 163, a national social welfare program of ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation. It provides the child helpline 1-6-3, legal services and shelter, to help at-risk children heal and move on from situations of physical and sexual abuse..Another from the government serving as Commissioner of Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) is Sandy Montano. She is the CEO of the Community, Health, Education, Emergency Response Services (CHEERS) providing training in Emergency Medical Services across the nation. The social enterprise has trained over 35,000 healthcare professionals and ordinary people all over the world. She was named the First ASEAN Woman Leader Awardee by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council for her efforts. The Executive Director of
Spiritual Formation Center Lita Quimson-Feliciano. She has been a CEO of 2 businesses and a successful chef in the UK until she decided to pursue her calling to help others attain spiritual prosperity. Her organization offers retreats and courses that enable people to overcome the challenges in their lives at beautifully designed facilities in Laguna and Batangas. And last but not the least is, Karla Gutierrez Managing Director of the Philippine Opera Company (POC). The award-winning soprano is responsible for re-invigorating the Philippine Opera Company to make it again one of the nation’s premier cultural institutions and one of the most prolific in Asia.

With these exciting line up of speakers, this would certainly jumpstart the 2020 of everyone as they draw inspiration and enrichment, support and mentoring during the Asia Women’s Summit 2020.
