Livingsprings Communities Realty and Development Corp. (LCRDC)’s latest development, the 10 Acacia Place, wins two awards at the recently concluded 2019 Asia Pacific Property Awards. It bagged the 5-star Best Apartment/Condominium award in the Development category and won the Multiple Residence Award in the Architecture category. 

10 Acacia Place is the only residential condominium property to bring home two awards for the Philippines. The 5-star ranking is the highest national award available.

The International Property Awards is on its 26thyear and covers more than 45 different residential and commercial categories. It is the largest, most prestigious and widely recognized awards program throughout the Asia Pacific region. The entries are judged by 80 industry experts, with criteria emphasizing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability. 

The winning property from LCRDC has a Pacific-modern aesthetic design with wood and glass finish inspired by tropical countries throughout the Pacific such as the Philippines. Archt. Albert-Lopez said that “every detail is close to my heart and we hope that with each property residents will have an overflowing life experience.”
