Conduent elevates employee experience with new, enhanced facilities
Company underscores importance of a conducive working environment in promoting employee welfare and productivity
Pasay City, Philippines — Conduent Incorporated, the world’s largest provider of diversified business services, reaffirms its commitment to provide its employees with an empowering and conducive workplace environment with the inauguration of Conduent Philippines’ biggest dining and recreation hub— The LIFE hall.
The LIFE hall, which stands for Learn, Involve, Feel and Energize, is the latest addition to the series of facility enhancements at the Conduent Philippines headquarters in Pasay City. The hall is a 1,400-sqm. multifunction food and leisure center that features a variety of sections aimed at elevating the workplace experience of Conduent employees.

A young mix of specialized professionals
With its multisectoral client portfolio, Conduent Philippines has been providing stable jobs to various field specialists since its establishment in the country in June 2005. Aside from typical voice jobs, Conduent offers non-voice and skill-based positions.
The company is dedicated to providing its predominantly millennial workforce with an optimal workspace scenario through several programs and facility renovations that are aligned with their lifestyle and generation. This resulted in Conduent enjoying one of the lowest attrition rates in the BPO sector amid the robust competition in the local market.
A LIFE worth enjoying
The LIFE Hall is divided into nine sections: La Cantina, The Honesty Store, Company Clinic, Mother’s Room, Quiet Room, Game Area, The Conduent Brand Store, Digital Interactions Corner and The Platform.
La Cantina is the hall’s main dining section and features international and local cuisines, a bread and pastry corner, and a dessert station, among others. The Honesty Store is a convenience shop designed to cultivate a culture of trust and integrity within the Conduent workforce as it employs an honesty-based payment system. To attend to all the health and welfare needs of the employees is the Company Clinic, which houses six beds, a spacious doctor examination room and a nurse station manned by registered medical professionals round the clock. The Mother’s Room is a private and isolated section where nursing mothers can comfortably tend to their young children.
Highlighting the importance of meditation and reflection in aid of mental wellness, Conduent has also put up a Quiet Room within the LIFE Hall where one can go for peaceful alone time. A quick break for fun and games is also encouraged in the workplace as board games, foosball and other fun activities are available in the Game Area. Those who wish to have their online breather can go to the Digital Interactions Corner, which has three Mac desktops, a strong Wi-Fi hotspot and the Conduent IdeaBox. The Conduent HQ team can now also easily conduct meetings and townhalls in The Platform, the company’s official function hall. The hall also houses two automated teller machines to service the company’s growing team.
Able to accommodate up to 700 employees at any given time, The LIFE Hall is a welcome addition to newly-opened recreational spots in the Pasay HQ such as the Inspiration Corner, Conduent’s reading center, and the Mind Playground, a design thinking room.
