Capitalizing on the bustling real estate and construction growth in the Philippines, the Cebu Oversea Hardware Co., Inc. (COHCI), one of the biggest hardware construction and finishing material suppliers in the country, showcases their latest tile collections and intelligent toilets at this year’s WORLDBEX happening until March 17 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.

While COHCI is very bullish that their new product lines would certainly have a big demand in the Philippine market especially among builders and home owners, Michael Co, the Chief Operating Officer of Cebu Home and Builders Center and concurrent Vice President for Marketing and Sales of COCHI intimated to The Philippine Business and News that their products would be exclusively available at the CW Home Depot (Manila), Cebu Home and Builders Centre (Cebu) and Living N’ Style (Manila).

These are their retail channels that have been the home of premium Tile and Bath brands that offer a wide range of product portfolio that always on the top of the mind of the customers ones they see the products they carry in their retail outlets.

“We take pride of our humble beginnings, from a traditional hardware, we evolved and ensured to provide what our customer wants by always making sure that we always have the latest in the market. We are not followers, we are innovators and we do our own research and development on what will be the trend”, the CEO of  Cebu Home and Builders Center  said.

“We are already in our 60th year, and going this far is a product of hard work and continuous desire to be able to address the various interior design and home improvement needs of the ever-changing market from full system bathroom fixture, plumbing products, bulbs and lighting fixture, kitchen fixture, Spanish and ASEAN tiles, as well as other various finishing products”, Co added.

“Over the past 60 years in the construction finishing market here in the Philippines, this has provided us to grow with the market and understand what products suit the Filipinos’ style of preferences and needs. Our new collection this year reflects this expertise and our long-established aim of delivering only up to date and top-quality tile and bath products to our customers”, COHCI official said.

For her part, COHCI Brand Development Manager Maria Cyrina Pascual added, “The brands we carry share our commitment of bringing impressive designs and tools for home improvement or commercial space renovation but also to deliver products at the right price that meet global standards.”

Interestingly, one of the highlighted products from Cebu Oversea Hardware Co., Inc. at the WORLDBEX 2019 is the BALDOCER big size porcelain tiles and EL MOLINO family heritage tiles and its own LUXE premium tile collection.

The company’s own in house LUXE brand is the end product of collaboration with Italian designers and selected Asian factories to develop top-quality, artistic tiles.

CAPUCINO, and STUDIO are also exclusive brand collection featuring a wide range of simple and minimalist designs that capture the preservation of human space—be it for home or commercial use. Available in 60×120, 20×20, 30×60, 60×60, 15×90 and 80×80 variants, the tiles feature ASEAN/EUROPEAN inspired patterns so customers can experience the regional atmosphere at the comfort of their home.

COHCI WORLDBEX exhibit also features a collection of tiles from a range of other premium brands they carry, namely Argenta, Alaplana, and Cicogres. The collection highlights floor and wall tiles with Spanish designs, and comes in 60×60, 31×60, 14.5×89.5, 15×90, 23×120, 20×110, 40×120, 25×92, 30×90 and 22.5×90 variants.

Unlike other tiles available in the market, COHCI explained that all the brands that they carry would never go out of style and quality. It’s an integration of arts in a simple ceramics.

This was explained to THEPHILBIZNEWS during the sideline interview with BALDOCER’s Area Manager Oscar Vilar, whose company is based in Spain when he said, “Many just put chemical to make the tiles look good and apart from the fact that tiles are porous. And when it’s porous, it easily gets broken and most of the time, they have to put something on the top to make the tiles look shiny. With the tiles that COHCI carries, all of them are quality and the designs are impressive.”

“But what COHCI tiles offer is not just quality, but also the sophistication of arts in every tile”, he said in closing.

The GlazeProtec has four design variants, namely Ballano, Luxe, Impress and Glam.

The COOL Bath System exhibits also include the Cool’s new pristine bathtub and brass fittings.
