The partnership does not only cater to the OFWs but also to foreign tourists coming to the Philippines for the holiday season. Smart’s Free Tourist SIM card will be available in all Duty Free outlets while Duty Free vouchers will be available in the Smart airport booths exclusively for Smart subscribers.
