To welcome the Chinese New Year with exciting celebration, Duty Free Philippines made the Year of the Metal Rat fun and exciting as guests and shoppers at Duty Free Fiestamall were treated wth Chinese festivities.
Graced by Duty Free Philippines Chief Operating Officer Vicente Pelagio Angala, Deputy COO Bernardine Belmonte, Store Operations Manager Monica Ruffy, and Chief of Staff Atty. Grace Malabed, the Chinese New Year Celebration started off with a blessing and dragon eye dotting ceremony.
Adding excitement to the Chinese New Year celebration was the presence of Feng Shui expert Patrick Lim Fernandez who led the blessing and rolled out the Chinese feng shui forecast for the Year of the Metal Rat and best practices to achieve happiness and prosperity as the opening of Chinese New Year begins.
As added treat, Duty Free Philippines gave the shoppers 30% discount on a wide variety of items from January 25-26, 2020.
Speaking to THEPHILBIZNEWS, Duty Free Philippines COO Vico Angala said, “We want to welcome the year with optimism that we will sustain our positive business performance. We aim to further expand our market reach with the opening of new duty free stores and expansion of our merchandise lineup. So this Chinese New Year celebration is one of the many exciting activities that we have here in our Duty Free store and all other Duty Free stores in the country.
