Manila Electric Company (Meralco), led by Manuel V. Pangilinan, together with One Meralco Foundation and Meralco PowerGen Corporation, took home five Gold and 15 Silver trophies at the 61st Anvil Awards, held at Solaire Resort North in Quezon City.
Recognized as a finalist for Company of the Year, Meralco earned honors for programs spanning reliable service communications, digital platform innovation, animal welfare advocacy, corporate social responsibility, cybersecurity, renewable energy promotion, internal audit, and media & information literacy.
Dubbed the “Oscars” of Philippine public relations, the Anvil Awards, organized by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), celebrate outstanding PR campaigns, programs, and tools that set the highest standards in Philippine public relations practice.
