Two Coca-Cola companies are anchoring a major office expansion in Bonifacio Global City, strengthening Uptown Bonifacio’s role as a growing hub for multinational operations as Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP) and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Services, Inc. (CCEPSI) relocate to Megaworld’s Uptown Eastgate Tower.
CCEPSI is transferring its first integrated shared services center to the township, while CCEAP is moving its national support center to the same location, signaling continued confidence in the Philippines as a strategic base for regional corporate and shared services operations. The move is expected to support high-value jobs and reinforce BGC’s appeal to global firms seeking large-scale, Grade A office space.
The companies will occupy several floors of Uptown Eastgate, now the largest office tower in BGC in terms of floor plate, offering more than 100,000 square meters of newly built office space. The development forms part of Megaworld’s long-term strategy to attract multinational tenants and expand its premium office portfolio within integrated townships.
The ceremonial contract signing was attended by executives from Megaworld and Coca-Cola.
