Chef Rey, a staunch advocate of traditional and contemporary Ilonggo cooking, presented signature dishes inspired by Panay Island, including Bordon Mechado, Piangang Manok, and Inadobadong Apahap—each reflecting the depth, memory, and regional identity of Filipino cuisine.

Guests may savor Chef Rey Parreño II’s featured dishes through the Pamana Weekend Dinner Buffet at Café Belmont, available every Friday and Saturday from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, priced at ₱1,700 per person.

“Pamana is our way of honoring Filipino food heritage by celebrating regional flavors and the stories behind them,” said Mayann Malapote, Hotel Manager of Belmont Hotel Manila.
