Executive Chinese Chef Kevin Xu reinvents classics like Eight-Flavored Xiao Long Bao, Braised Lion’s Head Meatball with Baby Abalone, and his Signature Peking Duck with flair. New additions—such as Steamed Grouper in Aged Wine and Blue Crab in Spicy Sichuan Broth—deliver a deeper, more indulgent dive into Chinese gastronomy.

It sources produce straight from Atok, Benguet, and grows herbs in an in-house hydroponic garden. “It’s part of our ESG (environmental, social, and governance), which is to reduce carbon footprints,” said Executive Chef Lord Bayaban. “We’re trying to help our local partners—to help them at all costs.”

Lunch buffet is priced at ₱2,800++ (12:00 PM–2:30 PM), while the dinner buffet goes for P ₱3,000++ (5:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.) daily.
