Young Filipino creatives are setting new standards in innovation and artistry, with 119 students and emerging talents honored at the recently concluded Season 2 of the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) Young Creatives Challenge (YC2), DTI said in a news release.
Held at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, the grand finale gathered the country’s most promising young minds in fields ranging from animation and graphic novels to songwriting and screenwriting.
Winners took home certificates and a combined total of over ₱20 million in prizes, underscoring the government’s commitment to fuel the next generation of creative industry leaders.
