Manuel V. Pangilinan-led Manila Electric Company (Meralco) has commissioned the Arcovia Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Substation to cater to the growing demand in Pasig City.
The project involved the construction of a new smart substation with two sub-transmission lines to cater the growing power demand while providing additional flexibility and reliability in the area that will benefit, among others, Arcovia City, E-PLDT’s Vitro Pasig Data Center, ComClark Network and Technology, and Universal Robina Corporation.
Meralco actively invests in the improvement of its distribution system to ensure the delivery of safe, stable, and reliable electricity service to its customers.
