Yñiguez, a pioneer in plant-based nutrition with her ventures Naked Foods and The Well Nourished Company, infuses the menu with over two decades of expertise in sustainable, nourishing food.

Available across Anya’s restaurants—including Samira by Chele Gonzalez, Anila Poolside Restaurant, and Amra Bar—the Soul Menu brings the essence of “locally sourced” to life.

Many of the ingredients are harvested right from Anya’s own Sensory Garden, adding a unique sense of place to every bite. From homemade condiments to fresh breads, each element on the menu is crafted with intention.
