To meet the growing public demand for electronic purchases and deliveries, the Araneta City launches the ARANETA CITY ASSIST — an online delivery support service dedicated to tenants and customers of the City of Firsts.

Araneta City Assist creates a personal link between any store at Araneta City and its patrons. Through this service, anyone can now buy an item at the City of Firsts, and talk to the stores directly, from the comforts of their homes.

It provides an easier way for the delivery of goods straight to the customer. Araneta City Assist partners with iSend Delivery Service to ensure that items reach the buyers’ doorsteps conveniently.

Also, through this platform, Araneta City opens its stores to a wider market, and allows businesses to operate even when their physical shops are closed for any visiting buyer.

Availing of the Araneta City Assist service is made very easy:
1. Customer checks/views the list of stores that offers delivery or takeout with direct hotline numbers on the Araneta City website (https://delivery.aranetacity.com/), mobile app (available in App Store for iOS and in Google Play Store for Android), or Facebook page
(https://www.facebook.com/AranetaCity/).
2. Customer calls directly the store to place an order. Store can offer COD or online bank transfer payment.

3. Store prepares the order, then coordinates with iSend for the delivery of item/s.

“We understand that the need for online purchases and deliveries have expanded now more than ever because of the health crisis. We created Araneta City Assist as another option in response to the high demand for booking the major delivery service aggregators. Even with the threat of COVID-19 around, we want the public to still enjoy their favorite Araneta City treats,” said Marjorie Go, Assistant Vice President for Marketing of Araneta City.
