Under the leadership of Executive Chinese Chef Qiao Yuan Kevin Xu, the restaurant brings genuine flavors of Shanghai to life through time-honored techniques, balanced seasoning, and meticulous preparation.

This year’s Chinese New Year selections at Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise celebrate both heritage and finesse, featuring symbolic dishes such as Yee Sang, crafted to welcome prosperity and good fortune, alongside celebratory classics like Poon Choi and the traditional Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Soup, slow-simmered with authentic and premium ingredients.
