Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can now access loans ranging from ₱100,000 to as much as ₱50 million under a new financing program jointly launched by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank).

The two agencies formalized the rollout of the Landbank Innovative Financing Thrust Towards Inclusive National Growth thru MSMEs (LIFTING MSMEs) Lending Program through a memorandum of agreement signed on December 9, 2025.

The program is designed to widen access to credit and support inclusive economic growth by offering financing packages tailored to MSMEs at different stages of development.

Under the program, start-up businesses may borrow between ₱100,000 and ₱500,000, while growing enterprises can access loans ranging from ₱500,000 to ₱5 million. Expanding or “level-up” enterprises may avail of financing of up to ₱50 million.

The loan packages feature flexible repayment terms and various collateral options, including real estate mortgages and credit guarantees, to make borrowing more accessible to entrepreneurs.

Beyond lending, LandBank said it will provide borrowers with financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and business development training, while also promoting digital onboarding and financial technology solutions.

DTI, for its part, will support the program through its Negosyo Centers, which will deliver training on entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and product development.

The agency will also help identify and promote eligible MSMEs for financing, with priority given to women-led enterprises, young entrepreneurs, market vendors, and franchising ventures.
