Yamazato, the signature Japanese fine dining restaurant of Hotel Okura Manila at Newport World Resorts and one of Tatler’s Best-Recommended Restaurants for 2025, presents The Dalmore Master Series — an exclusive two-night culinary collaboration happening on October 22 and 23, 2025.
This exceptional dining event celebrates the meeting of two worlds of craftsmanship: the timeless precision of Japanese cuisine and the storied heritage of Highland Scotch whisky.

Helmed by Sushi Chef Ikuma Sato, renowned for his refined Edomae-style omakase, the evening features a seven-course Dalmore Sushi Kaiseki that highlights the finest seasonal seafood. Each course is meticulously curated to complement the deep and layered character of The Dalmore whiskies — including Dalmore 12, Dalmore 12 Sherry Cask Select, Dalmore Port Wood Reserve, Dalmore 15, Dalmore King Alexander III, and Dalmore 18 (2024 Release).

At the heart of this rare pairing experience lies Chef Sato’s culinary philosophy — a reverence for balance and purity of flavor. Every cut, seasoning, and pairing demonstrates a dialogue between restraint and richness, reflecting the harmony of Japanese artistry and The Dalmore’s craftsmanship.

The Dalmore Master Series will be available for dinner only at Yamazato, located at Newport Mall, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
With only six guests per night, the experience promises an intimate and immersive journey through taste, tradition, and luxury.
Rate: ₱6,500++ or ₱7,128.53 nett per person
