In the lead-up to the much-anticipated Viking Party Manila 2025, NordCham Philippines formalized its partnership with Dusit Thani Manila through a contract signing ceremony held earlier today.
The event marked the official countdown to NordCham Philippines’ biggest annual Viking celebration, happening on September 13, 2025, 6:00 PM, at Dusit Thani Manila.
Present at the signing were Bo Lundqvist, President of NordCham Philippines; Daniel Charlton, Hotel Manager of Dusit Thani Manila; and Axel Fries, Executive Director of NordCham Philippines. They were joined by platinum sponsors, including Marcus Larsen (Director Consulting Delivery, CGI Philippines), Kimberly Ng (Manager Stakeholder Relations, PMFTC), Angelica Panganiban (Marketing Manager, Retail Associates), and Therese Åhlander (President, Swebest). Silver sponsor TORM Philippines was represented by Crispin Salazar (Recruitment and Training Assistant Manager) and Jenny Gallo (Recruitment and Training Specialist).
The Viking Party Manila, one of the Nordic chamber’s signature events, gathers the business community and friends of NordCham for an evening of camaraderie, networking, and Nordic culture. Guests can look forward to a festive banquet featuring Nordic specialties and free-flowing beer, with wines and other beverages available at cash bars.
Adding to the excitement, the evening will showcase a swordfight performance by Blood and Iron Martial Arts, a live set by The Silk Band, and a series of Viking-themed competitions—including the iconic Thor’s Hammer lift, Shield Wall challenge, and the crowd-favorite Beer Drinking contest. The night will also feature a Grand Raffle with exclusive prizes from sponsors, capped off by a high-energy DJ set.
