QuadX, a homegrown digital logistics and e-commerce innovator, has officially become the first e-commerce platform in the country to receive the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) E-Commerce Philippine Trustmark Certificate, awarded on 12 August 2025.
The Trustmark, launched on 7 July 2025 under the Internet Transactions Act (Republic Act No. 11967), is the government’s official seal of credibility for online platforms, merchants, and payment providers that uphold the highest standards of safety, transparency, and accountability.
“As a proudly Filipino company, we are honored to be the first recipient of the Trustmark Certificate,” said Raffy Vicente, President and COO of QuadX. “This milestone validates our mission to create safer, more reliable digital commerce experiences for both sellers and buyers, and it inspires us to continue empowering entrepreneurs nationwide.”
DTI Secretary Ma. Cristina Aldeguer Roque welcomed QuadX as the pioneer awardee of the Trustmark, underscoring the government’s push for greater consumer protection.
“The issuance of the very first Trustmark to QuadX demonstrates our commitment to protecting Filipino consumers while supporting legitimate online platforms and merchants,” said Secretary Roque. “QuadX has been a consistent partner of the Department, working with the E-Commerce Bureau since the pandemic to promote the growth of the e-commerce industry. The Trustmark assures the public that the businesses they transact with are compliant with fair trade practices, properly registered, and accountable under the law. By working with companies like QuadX, we are strengthening trust and confidence in the Philippine digital economy.”
QuadX, the company behind GoGo Xpress, has long been a champion of Filipino micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Since its founding in 2019, it has supported more than 329,000 online merchants, with 22,000 active sellers to date, including 3,500 new entrepreneurs this year. Through GoGo Xpress, QuadX provides user-friendly tools, transparent services, and nationwide delivery that help MSMEs thrive in the competitive digital marketplace.
Beyond logistics, QuadX has championed Filipino entrepreneurship through initiatives such as its BOSSes ng Bayan campaign, which spotlights the stories of everyday online sellers and rising digital retailers, amplifying their creativity and contributions to the country’s e-commerce sector.
As the pioneer recipient of the Philippine Trustmark, QuadX sets a benchmark for trusted e-commerce in the country. The company is committed to advancing consumer protection by rolling out education campaigns for online sellers, innovating systems that enhance transparency and accountability, and working closely with government and industry partners to build a safer, more inclusive digital economy.
“The Trustmark is more than just a seal. It’s a commitment to protect Filipino consumers and strengthen their confidence in online shopping,” Vicente added. “For QuadX, this is only the beginning. We’re focused on driving innovations that will make e-commerce in the Philippines more transparent, reliable, and customer-first.”
