This October 8 to 11, Newport World Resorts transforms Manila into Munich with its grandest Oktoberfest celebration to date, happening at The Ballroom, Hilton Manila, Newport World Resorts.

The four-day festival promises an authentic Bavarian experience, blending centuries-old traditions with world-class Filipino hospitality.

For over 200 years, Oktoberfest has stood as one of the world’s most iconic festivals. First celebrated in Munich in 1810 as a wedding feast for Crown Prince Ludwig, it has since grown into a global phenomenon. The festival is defined by the clinking of steins, the hearty notes of brass bands, and the aroma of roasted pork knuckle—a true celebration of camaraderie and joy.

This year marks a first at Newport World Resorts: a buffet-style Oktoberfest. Guests can indulge at their own pace with spreads of authentic Bavarian dishes—from warm pretzels and rye bread to sausages, schnitzel, sauerkraut, and the famed crispy pork knuckle.

Classic sides like Spaetzle and braised red cabbage provide balance, while desserts such as apple strudel, Kaiserschmarrn, and jam-filled Krapfen add a sweet finale.

The entire menu is crafted by Newport World Resorts’ award-winning culinary team, ensuring that every bite captures the heart of Bavarian tradition.

At the heart of Oktoberfest is beer, and this year’s celebration is headlined by Weihenstephan, the world’s oldest brewery.

Guests can savor Weissbier and Lager on draft, alongside dark beer served by the bottle. With nearly a millennium of brewing heritage, Weihenstephan brings Bavarian beer culture straight to Manila.

Keeping the energy high is the Anton Showband from Austria, back by popular demand. Their infectious music, lively sing-alongs, and crowd-favorite antics guarantee nights filled with cheer. Traditional games, raffle prizes, stein-holding contests, and beer races ensure every guest is part of the revelry.

Tickets are priced at ₱5,500 nett and are available at newportworldresorts.com/oktoberfest-2025. All four festival dates are open to the public.
