AirAsia Philippines is giving travelers every reason to pack their bags early this holiday season as it celebrates the reopening of its Cebu hub with the much-awaited P1SO Sale, just in time for the start of the Philippines’ world-famous “BER months” Christmas festivities.

From September 3 to 14, 2025, flights booked via the MOVE app can go for as low as ₱1 one-way base fare (exclusive of fees and surcharges) for travel between November 15, 2025 and March 28, 2026. With more than 27,000 seats up for grabs, the sale covers both domestic favorites and international gateways.

Travelers can now look forward to seamless trips from Cebu to Davao, Caticlan (Boracay), and Iloilo, as well as international escapes to Kuala Lumpur and Macao, with fares starting at ₱888 one-way.

“Christmas starts early in the Philippines, and planning for reunions, vacations, and adventures begins in September. We are thrilled to relaunch our Cebu hub with affordable and purposeful journeys that let Filipinos and tourists alike experience more without breaking the bank,” said Capt. Suresh Bangah, AirAsia Philippines President and CEO.

The Cebu hub officially takes off on November 15, 2025 with the following flight frequencies: Cebu–Davao (18x weekly), Cebu–Caticlan (11x weekly), Cebu–Iloilo (4x weekly), Cebu–Kuala Lumpur (14x weekly), and Cebu–Macao (3x weekly).

AirAsia Aviation Group Chief Commercial Officer Amanda Woo added: “Reopening Cebu signals AirAsia’s strong commitment to the Philippines. From here, travelers gain direct access to more than 136 destinations across ASEAN, North Asia, and Europe via our mega hub in Kuala Lumpur. Together with MCIA and our government partners, this comeback will bring not just connectivity but also stronger economic opportunities to the region.”

The reopening also comes with career opportunities. AirAsia has launched a 3-week flight deck recruitment drive for aspiring pilots and continues to host its Allstar Wednesday Castings—an inclusive cabin crew recruitment program—open every Wednesday until October 29, 2025.

With its Cebu hub back in full swing, AirAsia Philippines is set to bring more sun-kissed island adventures, Christmas homecomings, and cross-border escapes—making travel dreams more accessible than ever.
