BORACAY, Philippines – Boracay gets ₱150-M ticketing upgrade to cut wait times to 10 minutes

Boracay is set for a major digital leap, thanks to a ₱150-million investment in a cutting-edge ticketing system that promises to slash port queuing times from 40 minutes to just about 10 minutes.

Topline Hi Tech and Synergy Corp., a subsidiary of Topline Equity Corp., officially launched the Unified Automated Ticketing System (UATS) under the brand “LezzGo Boracay,” in partnership with the Aklan and Malay local governments and the Department of Tourism.

LezzGo Boracay streamlines the entire process of getting to the island by integrating terminal fees, environmental fees, boat fares, and passenger manifests into a single QR-coded digital transaction.

Travelers can pre-register and pay online through its web-based platform, while walk-in passengers can use on-site kiosks and counters.

By the first quarter of 2026, a dedicated mobile app and an additional ₱50 million worth of automated kiosks will be rolled out, further improving accessibility and convenience.

The goal: Make the trip to Boracay smoother, faster, and more welcoming from the very first step.

Bigger scale, bigger impact

With its automation, LezzGo Boracay is projected to process over 10,000 passengers a day—nearly double the current manual capacity of 5,000–6,000.

This expansion is expected to not only boost tourism numbers but also pave the way for sustainable growth.

The business model includes a ₱5-per-way convenience fee to fund system maintenance and data protection, with 2% of revenues shared with local government units.

A ₱15 online booking fee covers secure transactions, though Topline is absorbing this cost until January 1, 2026, to encourage early adoption.

For Topline Group, this is more than a tourism project, it’s a strategic technology play.

President and CEO Eugene Erik Lim explained that the know-how gained from developing LezzGo will be a valuable ‘knowledge transfer’ that enhances the backend systems of other business units within the company.” The project, he said, strengthens the entire Topline ecosystem
