Cavite is inviting travelers to explore its countryside views, heritage spots, local eats, and cozy staycations with the return of the Cavite Tourism Passport—now with a point-based reward system.
Launched by the Provincial Government of Cavite and MPT South, in partnership with DOT CALABARZON and DILG, this year’s passport features over 100 DOT-accredited establishments across four categories: Staycation, Adventure, Food, and Heritage.
From August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, visitors can earn points by visiting accredited sites, attending local festivals, and completing all categories to qualify for rewards. The program aims to encourage deeper cultural immersion while supporting local businesses and tourism.
“We want to make travel around Cavite not only fun, but also meaningful,” said Rozelle Sangalang, Cavite Provincial Tourism Officer. MPT South’s Arlette Capistrano added, “This initiative connects people not just to destinations, but to culture and communities.”
Passports are available at the CALAX Customer Service Center, partner establishments, and local tourism offices. Full details are at tourism.cavite.gov.ph/cavite-tourism-passport.
So, grab your passport, explore Cavite, and turn every trip into a rewarding adventure.
