Globe Telecom has entered into a multi-year partnership with Xtelify, the digital arm of India’s Bharti Airtel, to deploy its advanced AI-powered customer service platform in the Philippines.
Xtelify’s platform is designed to help telcos simplify operations, enhance customer experience, and increase efficiency through AI-driven insights, streamlined workflows, and seamless service management across all customer touchpoints.
“This partnership with Airtel and Xtelify is a bold step forward in our mission to create meaningful, reliable, and human-centered experiences for our customers,” said Globe President and CEO Carl Cruz. “By integrating Xtelify’s AI-powered platform, we are raising the standard for service excellence—resolving concerns faster and with greater transparency and care.”
Gopal Vittal, Vice Chairman and MD of Bharti Airtel, added, “We are privileged to partner with Globe. At Airtel, we’ve harnessed our own AI-powered platforms to manage over 590 million customer touchpoints. Now, through Xtelify, we are sharing this expertise to help telcos like Globe transform their customer experience at scale.”
The partnership will also leverage Airtel Cloud, a sovereign, telco-grade cloud platform designed for high-volume transactions and scalable digital innovation, ensuring data security and operational efficiency.
This collaboration marks a significant step in Globe’s digital transformation journey, positioning it to deliver smarter, faster, and more customer-focused service across the Philippines.
