Banking on the resounding success of last year’s Philippine Tourism and Hotel Investment Summit, the Philippine Hotel Owners Association (PHOA) once again is proud to announce the launch of the Philippine Hotel Connect (PHCon) 2025. The two-day event will take place from July 24-25, 2025, at the Manila Marriott Hotel in Pasay City. PHCon 2025 is also co-presented by the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
A Premier Gathering for Industry Leaders

Expected to draw 250 delegates, including hotel owners, investors, and developers, PHCon 2025 is set to be a premier event for networking, gaining insights into the latest trends, and exploring collaboration opportunities within the tourism and hospitality sector.
The event will feature a conference with an engaging mix of keynote speakers and high-level discussions from industry leaders, all aimed at elevating Philippine tourism and hospitality for global competitiveness. Additionally, an industry-curated exhibition of 30 companies will showcase cutting-edge products, services, and investment opportunities, fostering potential collaborative ventures among delegates.
Fostering Collaboration and Growth
“PHCon 2025 is a collaborative effort among all leaders in the tourism and hotel industry,” stated PHOA President Arthur Lopez. “Through the contributions of time and expertise from our invited speakers, we are able to provide a platform for premier networking and sharing of various strategies that will allow us to solidify and establish the ever-growing Philippine tourism industry.”

The conference will host an impressive lineup of four plenary sessions and six panel discussions, delivered by more than 30 speakers. Confirmed participants include Ms. Mariana Zobel de Ayala of Ayala Land Inc., Mr. Kevin Tan of Alliance Global Group Inc., alongside other prominent figures. The carefully curated topics aim to facilitate straightforward and intellectual discourse on tourism growth and development.
“We are grateful for the positive feedback among our confirmed speakers in being part of this event,” added Mr. Francis Gotianun, Chairperson of PHCon 2025. “We are truly elated with the composition of our speakers, moderators, and panelists, who will undoubtedly bring a premier lineup rarely seen at events like this.”
Showcasing Investment Opportunities

Complementing the discussions, the exhibition component of PHCon 2025 will serve as a vital platform for various companies to feature investment and partnership opportunities within the tourism and hospitality industry. A highly anticipated exhibitor is TIEZA, which will present its portfolio of assets available for various partnerships, including joint ventures and direct sales.

“We are appreciative of this long-running partnership and collaboration with the Philippine Hotel Owners Association, which has allowed us to have a direct connection with the industry’s decision-makers,” said Dr. Mark Lapid, COO of TIEZA. “Last year’s Summit led to fruitful partnerships, and we are very excited to extend this performance again with PHCon 2025, especially now that we have many new projects to offer our industry stakeholders.”
