The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) officially activated the Supply Chain and Logistics Center (SCLC) hotline and portal last week (June 18) securing pledges of support from 18 leading logistics service providers and industry organizations.
The SCLC hotline (+63 7791 3100 loc. 7252) and the official portal (www.supplychainlogistics.dti.gov.ph) will serve as the first points of contact for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). These platforms will provide immediate assistance on logistics linkages, market access, cost estimates, and service referrals.
In a news release, DTI said the pledges of support serve as the commitment of partner companies to work closely with DTI to empower MSMEs, providing dedicated support for moving products locally and globally, offering direct discounts to lower transportation costs, and delivering specialized training on how to leverage logistics services to their advantage.
As their first act of partnership, logistics partners also pledged their full support to ease supply chain constraints on the San Juanico Bridge, ensuring a steady flow of essential goods and freezing transport prices for these items and all local MSME products in the region.

The pioneering organizations that formalized their support are: Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines (SCMAP), Philippine Multimodal Transport and Logistics Association (PMTLAI), 2GO Group Inc., Airspeed, Cebu Pacific, DHL, F2 Logistics, FAST Logistics, FedEx Express, Flash Express, Grab, LBC Express, Laguna Gateway Inland Container Terminal, Lalamove, Maersk, Philippine Airlines Cargo, Royal Cargo, Yello X, and San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation (SMYPC).
“President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. envisions a Bagong Pilipinas where no entrepreneur—no matter how small—is left behind. With the strong support of our private sector partners, the launch of the Supply Chain and Logistics Center Hotline and Portal marks a meaningful step moving forward,” said DTI Secretary Cristina A. Roque.
“This is a milestone not just for DTI, but for every Filipino entrepreneur, store owner, and business that relies on logistics to thrive. What makes this initiative truly powerful is that we are not doing this alone. The private sector is walking with us, ready to make things happen,” the trade chief added.
Spearheaded by the DTI’s Supply Chain and Logistics Group (SCLG), the hotline and portal activation are part of the phased rollout of the SCLC, which is slated to officially open later this year.
The SCLC is a strategic government initiative specifically designed to improve logistics access for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across the Philippines by providing a centralized logistics helpdesk, a market matching platform, and a national logistics data hub.
Located at the DTI’s head office in Makati City, the center will serve as a centralized logistics helpdesk, market matching platform, and national logistics data hub, with future integration across Negosyo Centers and Philippine Trade and Investment Centers (PTICS).
