The Dalmore Emerald for Hotel Okura’s 62nd Anniversary

To commemorate Hotel Okura’s 62nd global anniversary, 62 exclusive bottles have been hand-selected by Gregg Glass, The Dalmore’s Master Whisky Maker. Each anniversary bottle is encased in a bespoke, rich emerald box and limited to just 62 bottles worldwide. These collector’s items will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis at Yamazato.
You can also indulge in a Dalmore Dinner, meticulously prepared by Yamazato’s Executive Chef, Keiichiro Fujino. Only 18 sets of a six-course kaiseki have been curated to pair perfectly with The Dalmore Emerald, available throughout the month of April..
