The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) vessel JS Noshiro (FFM-3), under the command of Commander Hori Tetsunobu, Commanding Officer JS Noshiro, successfully conducted its inaugural port call at the Naval Operating Base Subic (NOBS) on March 26, 2025.
