The Board of Directors of the Philippine Military Academy Alumni Association, Inc. (PMAAAI) has extended an invitation to business magnate and philanthropist Manuel V. Pangilinan who plays pivotal role as the leader of the MVP Group of Companies, a staunch partner in advancing programs and initiatives for the benefit of the Filipino people.

Pangilinan will be the Guest of Honor and Speaker at PMAAAI’s Annual General Membership Meeting on January 25, 2025.

During a recent courtesy visit in Pasig City, Pangilinan was joined by Cav/Capt. Norsal D. Dimaporo PN ’94; Cav/PMGen. Magtanggol B. Gatdula (Ret)’76; Cav/ RAdm. Ramon T. Punzalan  PN (Ret)’76; Cav/Capt. Ryan L. Bakabak PN ’95; Mr. Pangilinan; Cav/Chairman, PBGen. Raul S. Gonzales (Ret)’75; Cav/Gen. Ricardo A David Jr AFP (Ret) ’77; Cav/Col. Pedro S. Agapito PAF ’96; Cav/Col. Domingo M. Pequiras PAF (Ret) ’77; Cav/PMGen. Ericson T. Velasquez (Ret) ’85; Metro Pacific Investments Corp. Head of Government Relations and Public Affairs Atty. Mike Toledo; Meralco Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications Joe R. Zaldarriaga; and PLDT Vice President for Property Management Cav. Leo A. Gonzales ’02.

The PMAAI recognizes Pangilinan’s enduring contributions to nation-building, particularly through the MVP Group’s support for key sectors such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and disaster response – efforts that align with the PMAAAI’s own commitment to addressing the nation’s challenges.

Pangilinan, in turn, acknowledges the vital role of the military in safeguarding the nation, and he draws inspiration from the dedication and sacrifices of the men and women of the PMA. Their example motivates the private sector, including the MVP Group of Companies, to work with even greater resolve for the betterment of the country.
