AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) proudly inaugurated the Pampanga Technopark on June 2, marking a significant milestone in Central Luzon’s industrial development. The Technopark, located at Barangay Tabun, Mabalacat Pampanga, is expected to generate more jobs for Filipinos, open more recreational facilities and provide opportunities for innovation.

Covering a massive 270 hectares, Pampanga Technopark is the first painstakingly planned agro-industrial community in Central Luzon. It is designed as a mixed-use facility, with several zones dedicated to domestic industries, recreational spaces, and innovative ventures. The Board of Investments (BOI) has already registered phases 1 and 2 of the project as domestic industrial zones, and phase 3 is expected to follow suit.

Mayor Crisostomo Cunanan Garbo of the City of Mabalacat, Pampanga, took the lead during the opening ceremony and expressed his enthusiasm and steadfast support for the Pampanga Technopark. He emphasized the project’s positive impact on the local community, highlighting the creation of employment opportunities, recreational facilities, and opportunities for innovation. He also praised the collaboration between the public and private sectors, stating that the Pampanga Technopark is a shining example of their joint efforts.

ALLHC’s President and CEO, Mr. Jose Emmanuel H. Jalandoni, expressed his appreciation for the overwhelming support the project has received. He announced plans to launch a state-of-the-art food terminal, complete with cold storage and dry warehouse facilities. This development aims to bolster job creation in Central Luzon. Moreover, Jalandoni revealed that the Pampanga Technopark would soon be home to a vibrant assortment of retail, dining, and leisure establishments, offering residents and workers a plethora of lifestyle options. He proudly shared that the Technopark would become a bustling center for agricultural products, equipped with ALLHC’s ALogis and ALogis Artico plants, all scheduled for completion in the first half of 2024.

BOI officials led by Executive Director Evariste M. Cagatan, Director Rosario J. Dominguez and Director Ernesto C. Delos Reyes, Jr. were also present for the occasion to show their support for the undertaking. Executive Director Cagatanexpressed her continued commitment to the project on behalf of the BOI team.

Located in Mabalacat City, one of the main transportation hubs in Central Luzon, Pampanga Technopark benefits from excellent connectivity. It is accessible via major road networks such as the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), and the MacArthur Highway. Due to its strategic location, it is an important link to various markets, enhancing trade and economic activities in the region.

The Ceremonial Launching of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp.’s Pampanga Technopark was an event that symbolized progress, collaboration, and the unwavering dedication to advancing Central Luzon’s economic landscape. As construction progresses and the vision becomes a reality, the Pampanga Technopark stands ready to drive innovation, job creation, and prosperity for the people of Mabalacat City and Central Luzon at large.
