10-week Advanced Management Program (AMP) welcomes 23 interns from elite universities worldwide to offer them hands-on experience and training in an innovative and dynamic space

Binance has announced the launch of its inaugural summer internship program aimed at fostering talent development and driving innovation in the Web3 industry. The highly immersive program will provide young talents with practical knowledge and skills by working alongside the brightest minds of the world’s largest crypto organization.

The 10-week summer internship program offers cross-functional learning opportunities for interns to rotate across different teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Binance Academy. Interns will have access to mentorship by experienced project leads who will provide guidance and support throughout the program. AMP also includes training and development elements such as Communications with Impact, Culture Intelligence, and Effective Feedback to enhance their personal and professional skills. Furthermore, interns will have opportunities to network with Binance executives, managers, and project leads, as well as other professionals throughout the industry. At the end of the program, the participants will deliver a final project to top executives which will maximize their learning and growth throughout the experience.

“As leaders in the web 3.0 world, we have a crucial role in fostering and developing the talent needed for our industry’s ongoing success,” said Yi He, Binance co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer. “Our Advanced Management Program is a unique, thoughtfully crafted initiative aimed at discovering outstanding young individuals who have passion for web3 and equipping them with vital skills and experiences to thrive in this fast-paced sector. We are excited to provide this hands-on experience, nurturing the future talents and driving our industry forward.”

Upon successful completion of the program, interns may be offered a permanent job in Binance or a place at the Graduate Leadership Program in 2024, providing them with a pathway to build a rewarding career within the organization.

The program received an overwhelming response with more than 8000 applications from around the world, spanning Europe to Asia. Following a comprehensive selection process that entailed interviews, tests, and group case study assessments, 23 candidates have been handpicked to participate in the program. These chosen candidates have demonstrated exceptional skills and potential to benefit from the program’s advanced management curriculum.

When asked about why they applied, one of the interns, Markus Bergvinson, a student at Rotman Commerce, University of Toronto, said: “I was inspired to apply for this internship not only because of Binance’s reputation as a leading global cryptocurrency exchange but also by CZ’s leadership in revolutionizing the workplace to create a high-efficiency environment. I was also motivated by how this internship presents the chance to gain real-world experience alongside experts in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry by contributing to Binance’s innovative strategies.”

Another intern, Kartavaya Bhargava, a student at American University of Sharjah, cited his inspiration: “I am driven by the belief that blockchain technology could be one of the major contributors to the next industrial revolution, and I am eager to contribute to that.”
