It’s undeniable that the coronavirus pandemic has disrupted the lives of everyone we know. It has caused anxiety as health and safety concerns coupled with economic and income uncertainties weighed down on everyone setting back a broad spectrum of businesses.
This is also the very reason why business expansions in many companies had to take the sideline for past years due to the search for vaccines in the first year of the pandemic, and then in the second year what is the best way to take to thrive.
Now that we are on our road to recovery, PartnerHero is proud to announce the grand opening of its first fully private office in the country, at Cyberpark 1 in Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City on November 8.
PartnerHero first came to the Philippines in 2019 with the goal of being a different kind of employer in the local BPO space. One of our core operating principles is that “culture leads, success follows,” which means that rather than trying to squeeze as much economic output out of our associates as possible, we start by focusing on our people and letting business success come as a result.
The roots of PartnerHero’s culture are our core values: caring for others, manifesting trust, and allowing everyone to be exactly who they are, at all times. This mindset is unique in the BPO industry in the Philippines, and because of this, we’ve been able to grow rapidly from 0 to 500.

PartnerHero COO and President Heather Casey was in Cubao visiting from the US to join our ribbon cutting and launch festivities. Our growth would have not been possible without the efforts and dedication of our employees. From the PartnerHero site blessing, ribbon cutting, and launch, the team paraded from Cyberpark 1 to the Novotel Hotel escorted by the drum beaters in Philippine Fiesta style to celebrate this milestone. The event was graced by local government, CCAP representatives as well as the Araneta area representative. Immediately after the program, PartnerHero will be followed by their very first open house recruitment on the 7th floor of Cyberpark Tower 1, Cubao QC from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
