PLDT and its wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart), have assured affected customers of continued service, with the deferment of disconnection for non-payment of PLDT Home to help #KardingPH hit customers get back on their feet.
Smart has also provided emergency load assistance to customers in the impacted areas that enabled them to stay connected.
The Libreng Tawag (free calls), Libreng Charging (free charging), and Libreng WiFi (free WiFi) stations in the following areas continue its operations to serve the communication needs of affected residents.
