DFNN is pleased to announced the appointment of Mr. Steve S. Tsao as independent director of the company during the regular Board of Director’s meeting held on May 13, 2022.
Mr. Tsao has shown progressive success in his career beginning with Fortune 50 firms and most recently with initial public offerings, M&A’s as well as growth firms in online gaming, media, investments, venture capital, fintech and online payment gateways. His international experience include stints in Greater China, South East Asia, India, Middle East and North Africa. Stakeholders draw upon his deep passion for building impactful teams and businesses that deliver quality returns.
His outstanding career is attributed to his vast management experience mostly from the technology and online gaming industry through various process management roles in Corning and Dupont; President and COO of IP Ventures Group and IP E-Games and Gigamedia (Nasdaq:GIGM); CEO of Tahadi Games Media; and most recently Group CEO of Mayfair International Technology. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of LeadHope Digital, an online gaming publishing company focusing on the South East Asia markets.
In a statement, Mr. Tsao expressed how he is looking forward to joining the company’s dedicated team saying, “DFNN is a technology innovator in some of the quickest growing industries, such as gaming, blockchain and digital currency.
