Asticom Technology Inc. has reached another milestone as it celebrates its 7th anniversary in the shared services industry this year, helping various companies achieve more efficient operations.

Launched in March 2015 as a staffing and managed services solutions company, Asticom has grown extensively over the years.  It now operates as Asticom Group of Companies with three subsidiaries and one newly-acquired firm.

Asticom serves more than 150 clients all over the country with several businesses in the telecom, financial technology, IT, retail, health, logistics, automotive, banking, education, real estate, and aviation industries.

The Ayala conglomerate’s shared services company reached the P2-billion revenue mark in just six years of operations. Today, it manages close to 5,000 people across all its subsidiaries.

In 2021, the group spawned three new subsidiaries: Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), Fiber Infrastructure and Network Services Inc. (FINSI), and BRAD Warehouse and Logistics Services Inc. (BRAD).  The move  further expanded and reinforced its diverse business portfolio in business services outsourcing, IT, engineering, and logistics.

Later in the same year, Asticom acquired HR and Digital Solutions company HCX Technology Partners Inc., which was placed under ABSI. With HCX in its fold, Asticom added human resources, customer experience, finance, and corporate services to its extensive list of services.

“We are grateful to our valued clients and partners in business for their continuous trust in Asticom throughout the years. We strive to make our solutions better, deliver highly responsive services, and ultimately create a superior customer experience. In our 7th year and beyond, we will continue to support businesses in their growth and provide opportunities to Filipinos,” Asticom President and CEO Mharicar Castillo-Reyes said.

Asticom continues to aim high, seeking to capture bigger markets within the country and broaden its services to serve more businesses in Southeast Asia.

It also targets to bring growth to small and medium-sized enterprises through tech-enabled solutions. The company is gearing up to launch new initiatives and develop its technology to better serve its growing clientele.

Asticom aspires to transform people’s lives by delivering exceptional innovations tailored to clients’ business needs.
