The Hotel 101 Group honors its clients and partners through a Client Appreciation Night held at Islas Pinas in DoubleDragon Plaza, DD Meridian Park, Pasay City. Actress Issa Litton hosted the event, while Freestyle’s Top Suzara serenaded the crowd, which was attended by shipping and manning agencies, airlines, BPOs, government agencies, among others.
“We celebrate another milestone tonight, being able to gather once again, but more importantly, being able to show Hotel 101 Group’s appreciation to our clients and partners, who have been with us for the past two years,” says Group General Manager Gel Gomez.
GM Gomez proceeds to underscore the invaluable support of agencies, such as the Department of Tourism, Philippine Coast Guard, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Bureau of Quarantine, Metro Manila Development Authority, National Task Force – Oplan Kalinga, Philippine National Police, and the NAIA One Stop Shop, to the Hotel 101 Group and other hotels, as the hospitality industry was one of the industries that was drastically affected during the height of the pandemic.
She also highlighted and thanked the efforts of Hotel 101 Group’s frontliners, “while we welcome back our kababayans, our hotels and our own frontliners continue to go above and beyond in implementing the health and safety protocols, adhering to the ever-changing IATF guidelines, to ensure the safety of our guests, employees and stakeholders.”
Meanwhile, keynote speaker DOT NCR Regional Director Sharlene Zabala-Batin thanked the Hotel 101 Group for its support to the DOT and the government, “Hotel 101 Group has been a very active and supportive partner of the Department of Tourism and of the government in taking care of our returning OFWs and ROF’s.”
“You are one of the shining examples of hospitality and of safety, as we went through one of the toughest challenges of the Philippine Tourism industry,” RD Batin adds.
Currently Hotel 101 – Manila, Jinjiang Inn – Makati, and Jinjiang Inn – Ortigas, as well as Injap Tower Hotel in Iloilo, are all accredited Multiple-Use Hotels. “We are now able to accept staycation, business stays, and continue to accept onsigners and mandatory quarantine across our hotels,” Ms. Gel Gomez updates.
“Likewise, our Jinjiang Inn in Boracay, conveniently located at Station 1, continues to be a regular hotel, accepting staycations in the island paradise of Boracay,” she adds.
The Hotel 101 Group is a subsidiary of DoubleDragon Corporation, which operates Hotel 101, Injap Tower Hotel in Iloilo City, and Jinjiang Inn Philippines.
Hotel 101 Group has recently unveiled its direction to begin expanding abroad. It aims to make Hotel 101 the first global Filipino hotel chain.
