Company officials from Primex Realty Corporation gathered for the topping-off ceremony of the Primex Tower, marking a major milestone for the San Juan based real estate developer. The P5-billion glass skyscraper project and newly minted ‘Grade A’ LEED-certified Primex Tower had broken ground last July 2018 and has been marked as the flagship project for the listed property developer.
During the event the Chairman and President Ernesto O. Ang also announced other upcoming projects in the pipeline for some of the company’s other properties in Tagaytay, Gilmore Ortigas Ave and Annapolis Greenhills. Joining Primex Realty on this momentous event were Engr. Manuel B. Sy President of New Golden City Builders, Architects Jonn Ling and Jesi Ling, representing Architect Jose Siao Ling, Principal architect of JSLA, and Engr. Richard Cabanela President of RM Cabanela Construction Management.

Pullman Manila a 5-star destination hotel, will sit on the upper 11 floors of the 50-storey Primex Tower. The hotel will boast of 194 opulent guestrooms, an executive lounge, meeting rooms, function rooms, an all-day dining restaurant at the sky lobby, fitness center, a rooftop restaurant and bar with a serene view of the metropolis skyline. The crowning jewel of the hotel’s facility is the 25-meter lap and infinity pool strategically located at the rooftop of the tower gazing down on the glittering expanse of the city from 50 levels above.
Primex Tower stands on a 1,944 sqm lot bounded by three streets at EDSA corner Connecticut Street and Florida Street at the Greenhills Commercial District. This newest luxury building comprises of 29 floors dedicated for commercial and office spaces open for lease or sale. The penthouse or one floor will be an exclusive residential floor. The tower will have a total of ten floors for parking.
The office and commercial floors are set for turnover within the third quarter of this year, while the hotel is set to open its doors to the public on the fourth quarter of 2023.
