Globe mobile customers experienced a service disruption today affecting mobile data services.
Globe mobile customers including platinum, postpaid, prepaid, TM and Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi experienced loss of data services that started at 1:15pm. Mobile data services were restored at 3:33pm.
The disruption was caused by a system issue impacting its data charging facility.
Globe advised its customers to restart their mobile devices and modems to restore their data services.
