Colliers Philippines announced the appointment of Maricris Sarino-Joson as the new Director & Head of Landlord Representation, Office Services.
It is the successful stint of Sarino-Joson as the Director for Client Services with Tenant Representation and that led to her promotion. During her time, she bagged multinational lease transactions for 3M, Oracle, Nasdaq, Pepsico, Novartis, and Microsoft, among others.
In her new role, Sarino-Joson will lead the Landlord Representation team in the Philippines, establishing new relationships with developers and office landlords while strengthening existing client relationships, securing exclusive mandates and driving transactions.
Spanning over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sarino-Joson started her career with Megaworld and then later on joined the Office Services team of Colliers in 2012 as an Associate Director for Client Services and has consistently contributed to the growth of the business.
Highly collaborative, a consistent top referrer, and very fun to work with, Maricris is a staunch advocate of having a Filipino First mindset with her active involvement in the Yabang Pinoy Filipino Pride movement. She is also an Ambassador for Conservation having implemented numerous environmental projects under Children’s Environmental Awareness and Action Foundation.
