With businesses improving the services they provide to their customers, and with the rise of online transactions made daily, government has been keen on giving the citizens practical, reliable, and safe ways to conveniently do their government transactions. One of them is The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth). They have been continuously working on giving its members the best possible service they can have. Considering during the pandemic, they are at the forefront in making sure that they can serve the citizens and give them a convenient way on paying their contributions.
As a means to provide an ease of doing business to the citizens, PhilHealth has officially launched its online payment service, which gives voluntary members a hassle-free, safe, and easier option to pay their contributions with a diverse choice of payment options, including mobile wallets, credit cards, online banking, and more.
No more personal appearance, no more queue lines, making its services more convenient and hassle-free for Filipinos. All that citizens need to do is to login at https://www.philhealth.gov.ph, access the payment summary page, and choose their preferred payment option. No need to be a techie to perform the transaction as the process is simple and the instructions are easy to understand. No need to install additional apps and you can do the payments either via a computer or thru a mobile phone with internet connection. The privacy and protection of the members are PhilHealth’s utmost priority. That’s why MyEG’s payment system has additional layer of protection to ensure that all transactions are secured.
This was made possible in partnership of PhilHealth & MyEG PHILIPPINES, INC., a market leader in electronic solutions championing government services online automation and has been providing eGovernment services in both Malaysia and the Philippines for the last 18 years through its technology platform encompassing internet, automation, big data and electronic payments, whose clients include the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), LANDBANK of the Philippines, CIMB, and a number of Local Government Units such Ilagan City, and Baler, Aurora.
“MyEG’s thrust has been to serve and support the government in the “ease of doing business” and we have years of proven experience working and processing government transactions from National to Local Government units. Our role is to strengthen and support the government in providing convenient ways for citizens to do their transactions online. We are grateful that we’re able to provide this service to PhilHealth and to its members,” says Ms. Ann Margaret Saldaña, MyEG Philippines’ Chief Executive Officer.
